Cofirmed, Inc. ("Cofirmed," "we," "us," or "our") provides a platform that helps brands and event teams discover, invite, vet, and manage creators for in-person and virtual events (the "Service"). Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as account and company details when a brand signs up, and creator contact and profile information submitted by brands or by creators themselves (name, email, social handles, audience and engagement data used for vetting). We also collect information automatically through use of the Service, including log data, device information, and usage analytics, and information from third-party integrations you connect (such as email, calendar, or social platform data used to support invitations, RSVPs, and brand-safety scoring).
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to operate and improve the Service, including matching brands with creators, sending and tracking event invitations and RSVPs, generating brand-safety and vetting reports, producing post-event analytics, communicating with you about your account, and maintaining the security and integrity of the Service. We do not sell personal information.
Information Sharing
We share information with the brand or event team a creator is being considered for or has engaged with, with service providers who help us operate the Service under confidentiality obligations, and as required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Cofirmed, our customers, or others. We do not share creator information with brands beyond what is reasonably necessary for event invitation, vetting, and management purposes.
Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information processed through the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Event and creator records may be retained after an event concludes to support historical reporting features such as creator profiles and top-creator rankings.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information. Creators can request review or removal of their profile information by contacting us. Brands can manage most data directly within the Service or by contacting their account administrator.

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember preferences, and understand usage patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
