Do you charge per event or per creator?

Plans are priced by the volume of events you run, not by how many creators you invite. Inviting, vetting, and reporting on a larger roster inside an event never costs extra.

Is there a free trial?

We run a guided pilot on one of your upcoming events rather than a self-serve trial, so your team sees the workflow on a real roster with our help.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can move up a plan at any time and the change is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing term.

Do you offer nonprofit or festival discounts?

We offer reduced pricing for nonprofits and for seasonal festival programs that run in a concentrated window. Get in touch and we'll work out the right structure.
